Terms of Service
Last updated: March 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CronCommander ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Description of Service
CronCommander provides a centralized control plane for monitoring, managing, and auditing cron jobs across your infrastructure. The Service consists of a web console, a gateway, and lightweight agents installed on your servers.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
CronCommander offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Plan limits (agents, workspaces, users) are enforced automatically.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service (the agent is exempt as it is open-source).
6. Data & Security
Your cron job commands execute locally on your servers. Only execution metadata (timing, exit codes, stdout/stderr) is transmitted to CronCommander. We use GCP-native encryption for data at rest and in transit. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Availability & SLA
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the early access period. CronCommander operates on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronCommander Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
